- Your role and responsibilities
- At IBM, our Project Managers play a pivotal role in leading and coordinating project teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
As a Project Manager for our Technical Sales organization, you’ll be at the forefront of driving program design, project direction, defining metrics, and managing performance to meet project expectations.
Key Responsibilities:

Technical Enablement Workshops:
Assist in designing, coordinating, and delivering training sessions. Help manage logistics, communications, registrations, budgeting, and team-building activities.

Co-Op Program:
Facilitate coordination among leaders, managers, and Talent Acquisition. Aid recruiting, onboarding, training coordination, project assignments, and graduate role alignment.

Internship Program:
Participate in interviewing and onboarding candidates. Coordinate mentorships, track performance, support intern development toward full-time roles, and help tailor learning plans to business needs.

Internal Communications Management:
Help administer program communications including emails and intranet updates. Maintain content repositories for accurate information sharing.

Additional Initiatives:
Contribute to cross-functional projects supporting Americas Technical Sales initiatives.
