Our Client, a Commercial Banking company, is looking for a Technology Project Manager for their Atlanta, GA/Charlotte, NC/Remote location.

Responsibilities:

Execute and manage the project, communication, resource plans and processes
Organizational skills and time management skills to keep projects on track to the finish
Analyze all management and technical processes to ensure they’re delivered as expected
Conduct Scrum Ceremonies (Daily Standup. Backlog, Retrospective, Iterative planning etcs)
Schedule project estimates and milestones
Generate regular status reports to update stakeholders and manage projects

Risk Management and Escalations Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Tech Project Manager, leading large cross-functional complex initiatives, preferably supporting HR or Banking is preferred. Must be PMP certified.
Technology Initiative experience is required. Past HR or Workday experience is desirable.
Candidate must have strong communication skills.
Demonstrated thought leadership and ability to manage large initiatives.
Experience with end-to-end SW delivery life cycle is critical. Ability to collaborate with technology partners and business stakeholders to provide oversight, drive timelines, manage risks, and prioritize deliverables aligned to business outcomes.
Demonstrated Risk Management skills and experience.
Proficiency with M/S Project and Microsoft toolset (M365).
Actively identify, manage, and remove impediments affecting progress to team productivity.
Experience using Rally Agile tool
