Position Summary:

We are seeking a high-performing Transformation Manager to partner directly with the CEO to lead and execute strategic transformation initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Execution:

Drive cross-functional transformation initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with CEO priorities and business objectives. Lead high-visibility projects with clear milestones, timelines, KPIs, and stakeholder accountability. Act as the CEO’s strategic partner on priority initiatives—preparing materials, managing action items, and maintaining execution momentum.

Business Intelligence & Analysis:

Evaluate performance metrics and analyze financial and operational data to support executive decision-making with actionable insights. Connect strategic dots across finance, operations, customer needs, and organizational objectives to enable informed change. Prepare executive updates, board materials, and transformation status reports with exceptional clarity and precision.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

Collaborate across departments (Finance, Operations, Commercial, HR) to align resources and eliminate roadblocks. Support the rollout of new processes, systems, and organizational structures with effective communication and adoption strategies. Influence and engage stakeholders at all levels to ensure successful change management.

What You Bring:

Experience & Expertise:

5-10 years of experience in consulting, project management, transformation, or operational leadership roles. Proven track record of managing strategic initiatives end-to-end in fast-paced or evolving business environments. Strong financial acumen with comfort in P&L analysis, budgeting, and performance metrics interpretation.

Skills & Competencies:

Exceptional project management capabilities (certification a plus but not required). Outstanding communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and adapt to shifting priorities. High integrity, resourcefulness, and demonstrated strong work ethic. Willingness to dive deep into details while maintaining strategic perspective.
