Weare seeking a passionate and dedicated Permanent Water ProjectManager to join our dynamic engineering team. This role provides aunique opportunity for an experienced professional to lead andmanage a wide variety of water-related projects. The successfulcandidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of waterprojects, including waste water, drainage designs, wastewaterpumping design, water treatment, stormwater management design, andutilizing HydroCAD software. This position requires a minimum of 5years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage andoversee all aspects of water and wastewater projects, ensuring theyare completed on time and within budget. 2. Develop and implementproject plans, including defining project scope, goals, anddeliverables. 3. Coordinate and direct project design and projectteams, fostering a collaborative work environment. 4. Conductdetailed design of water and wastewater systems, including drainagedesigns, wastewater pumping design, and stormwater managementdesign. 5. Utilize HydroCAD software for designing and modelingstormwater management systems. 6. Perform technical and feasibilitystudies, including site investigations. 7. Ensure compliance withlocal, state, and federal regulations and standards. 8. Liaise withclients, stakeholders, and project teams to provide updates andaddress any issues or concerns. 9. Conduct risk assessments andimplement risk management strategies. 10. Continuously monitor andreport on project progress, offering solutions to any potentialissues.

Qualifications:

1. A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineeringor a related field. A Master’s degree will be considered anadvantage. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in water projectmanagement. 3. Proven experience in waste water, drainage designs,wastewater pumping design, water treatment, and stormwatermanagement design. 4. Proficiency in HydroCAD or similar software.5. Excellent project management skills, including the ability tomanage multiple projects simultaneously. 6. Strong technicalknowledge of water and wastewater systems. 7. Excellentcommunication skills, both written and verbal. 8. Strongproblem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions underpressure. 9. A professional engineering (PE) license is preferred.10.
