Job Details Responsibilities:
As aWater/Wastewater Technical Leader, you will be responsible for: 1.Managing and leading water and wastewater projects, ensuring theyare completed on time, within budget, and to the highest qualitystandards. 2. Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams includingengineers, scientists, and other technical staff to ensure smoothproject execution. 3. Using AutoCAD to create detailed design plansand specifications for water and wastewater projects. 4. Conductingfeasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost estimates forproposed projects. 5. Liaising with clients, stakeholders, andregulatory bodies, maintaining open and effective communicationthroughout the project lifecycle. 6. Providing technical expertiseand guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative andinnovative work environment. 7. Monitoring project progress,identifying potential issues or delays, and implementing correctiveactions as needed. 8. Ensuring all projects comply with local,state, and federal regulations, as well as industry best practices.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Water/WastewaterTechnical Leader role should possess the following qualifications:1. A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, EnvironmentalEngineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professionalengineering (PE) license is strongly preferred. 2. A minimum of 5years of experience in the water/wastewater engineering industry,with a proven track record of successful project and peoplemanagement. 3. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant designsoftware. 4. Strong knowledge of water and wastewater treatmentprocesses, design standards, and regulatory requirements. 5.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to leadteams, manage budgets, and deliver projects on time. 6. Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability toeffectively liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members. 7.A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to tackle complexengineering challenges and find innovative solutions. 8.
