Summary:
ATS is seeking an
API 510/570/653
(2 of 3 required) for Brunswick, GA as a Resident Inspector/Project Manager. Additional NDT certs a plus. This is a full time position working an average of 45 hours per week. No per diem, and no lodging. Relo assistance/incentive available. This is an immediate opening.
Responsibilities:
Perform field inspections of industrial equipment (storage tanks, pressure vessels, and piping systems).
Generate written reports utilizing MS Word and MS Excel.
Manage projects ranging from $5,000
- $100,000.
Manage client relationships, work with inspectors, effectively communicate work progress/status with client.
Qualifications Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Mechanical Integrity in pulp and paper industry.
At least two of the three API certs:
API-510, API-570 & API
- 653.
Additional NDT certs a plus.
AutoCAD and/or Compress experience preferred.
High School Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred. U.S. Persons”

Work Conditions:
Must be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection.
Work from heights on scaffolding, ladders, elevated platforms, man-baskets, etc. Work in confined spaces which will require crawling, stooping, climbing, etc. Work in around operating equipment and industrial environments. Work with radiation and hazardous materials such as cleaners, penetrants, film developing chemicals, etc.
Work shifts up to 12 hours/day and 7 days/week and travel for extended periods of time
Ability to lift and carry 100 pounds.
