Full Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Project Coordinator will work with their team to complete various tasks on awarded jobs from the bid stage thru project completion and billing.
Tasks include the following:
Assist Sales with awarded contract review and pre-Job requirements Coordinate with CAD team for shop drawings and submittals as needed Review Job Orders in CRM Create billings to the Customer Process sub-contractor POs, agreements and scheduling Analyze the project for cost to estimate comparison Coordinate with PMs and CAD on closeouts as needed Must work with gathering materials for National rollout jobs and preparing for shipping clerk. (No heavy lifting needed) Other tasks and responsibilities as required by NetPlanner Systems management team
Competencies and Qualifications:
Microsoft Word and Excel skills are required Works well under pressure Self-starter / self-motivator requiring minimal supervision Decisive and proactive approach to problem solving Team player abilities are essential Must be detail oriented Must possess a strong work ethic including dependability and punctuality Education and/or
Experience:
