Who You Are You have 5+ years of construction management experience. You hold a Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred). You’re proficient in project planning, cost estimation, and vendor coordination. You are detail-oriented, organized, and thrive under pressure. You have a valid driver’s license and can work flexible hours, including occasional non-traditional hours. Certifications such as OSHA 30, First Aid, CPR, and Lift Training are a plus. Attend job site visits and client meetings to support project development. Submit timely reports and maintain accurate project documentation. Promote safety, quality control, and team collaboration at every stage. Handle project closeouts, ensuring all guarantees and waivers are obtained.
