Job Summary:
Well established 17-year-old multi-family, commercial, residential renovation and painting company is looking for mid to high level Renovation Manager who wants an excellent opportunity to work with a senior team of project managers and a company that focuses on employee development with lots of opportunity for personal and financial growth. The Manager will work with outsourced contractors and suppliers to allocate proper manpower, equipment and materials are on hand to complete the work on time. Also, the manager will work closely with the client on selections, coordination, and inspections to ensure that the job is completed to the customers satisfaction.
FULL TIME POSITION
Monday – Friday; and some
Saturdays Duties and Requirements:
JOB DUTY HIGHLIGHTS
: Manage multiple crews & projects Communicate with clients & crews daily Visit job sites Customer service & problem resolution Participate in weekly meetings Daily communication to office on the status of jobs Recruiting new crews Quality control & enforcement of company standards on all job sites Complete daily reports Place material orders Write change orders Submit outsourced contractor payment request And more……
