  • Key Responsibilities
  • As a
  • Project Coordinator
  • , you’ll support project delivery by managing communication, documentation, and coordination across departments. Working closely with operations, marketing, and production teams, you’ll ensure that all aspects of project performance meet our high standards. Here’s a snapshot of your responsibilities: +
  • Client Relationship Management
  • : Build and maintain relationships with adjusters, property owners, facility managers, and other key stakeholders to generate and secure commercial work. +
  • Scope & Estimating
  • : Prepare scopes of work and estimates using tools like Xactimate and ensure contracts are executed in accordance with Cotton standards. +
  • Project Coordination
  • : Coordinate job production with the operations team and act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle. +
  • Change Management & Documentation
  • : Handle change orders and ensure timely invoicing and collection while maintaining organized project files. +
  • Team Collaboration
  • : Work with the Regional Marketing Director and Regional Operations Manager to support strategic goals within the region and provide support to Project Managers on active job sites.
  • Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Education
  • : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience
  • : + Proficiency in Xactimate (preferred). + Experience in roofing construction on commercial, municipal, education, multi-family, and healthcare structures. + Familiarity with fire/water mitigation and mold remediation.
  • Skills & Requirements
  • : + Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills. + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Willingness to travel as needed. + Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and a good driving record. + Must meet all Cotton Holdings driving criteria (e.g., no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years, no repeat seat belt violations, etc.).
