Job Description :

As BOPLAN’s Installation Coordinator, you’ll be the critical connection point between our internal teams, customers, and installation partners. Your sharp organizational skills, technical know-how, and excellent communication will ensure our installation projects run smoothly—from planning through completion. You’ll drive the coordination of multiple projects, keeping everything (and everyone) on track to deliver high-quality safety solutions that exceed customer expectations. Collaborate with our Sales team to collect all necessary details for scheduling and preparing customer installations. Coordinate with third-party installers and subcontractors—managing pricing, assignments, and communication across 50 to 100 active projects. Use our project management software to oversee every phase of the installation lifecycle. Review project requirements and ensure all data is complete for successful execution. Calculate and record installation costs, assist with technical drawings, and manage visuals (photos, schematics) when needed. Serve as the key point of contact for customers, contractors, and the internal team throughout the installation process. Track progress on installations and take proactive steps to ensure seamless delivery. Own the outcome. You’re responsible for making sure each installation is completed successfully, safely, and to our high standards. Travel is mostly within driving distance, but overnight stays will be occasionally required based on project needs.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years’ experience in Management of Key

  • and/or National Accounts, preferably in an industry related to Material Handling, Industrial Facilities or Industrial Sales.

Proven ability to set sales strategies and sell in complex environment with many stakeholders Result-oriented with strong leadership, management and delegation skills as well as a can-do attitude Enthusiasm is an absolute must! As we are truly passionate about our product, we will need you to be as well. Ability to travel extensively (50-70% of the time)
