Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end SAP R/3 to S/4HANA migration program, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met Define and communicate a clear project vision, roadmap, governance structure, and timeline Collaborate with executive leadership, stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to align business and technical objectives Oversee project planning, risk management, resource allocation, change management, and stakeholder communication Manage vendor relationships, including system integrators, SAP consultants, and hosting providers Facilitate decision-making processes and remove roadblocks that could impact project delivery Ensure compliance with security, data integrity, and regulatory requirements during migration Monitor progress, track KPIs, and deliver regular status reports to executive sponsors Drive testing strategy, cutover planning, and post-go-live support to ensure a smooth transition and operational continuity Foster a culture of continuous improvement and business process optimization during and after the transformation Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field 5+ years of experience in SAP project/program management, with at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA transformations preferred. Deep knowledge of SAP ECC (R/3) and S/4HANA architectures, tools, and implementation methodologies Proven leadership in large-scale, cross-functional ERP projects in complex enterprise environments Strong financial acumen with experience managing large IT budgets and vendor contracts Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills at all organizational levels PMP, ITIL, or SAP Project Management certification is a strong advantage Experience in manufacturing or global business operations is preferred Work Environment Office-based work environment with occasional travel required to IMS Gear sister locations (domestic and international). Fast-paced, deadline-driven atmosphere with a strong emphasis on collaboration and cross-functional coordination. Frequent interaction with executive leadership, technical teams, and external vendors or consulting partners. Exposure to high-stakes decision-making and enterprise-level project execution. Work involves extended use of computers, project management tools, and virtual collaboration platforms. May occasionally require after-hours availability to support project milestones, global deployments, or urgent issues across time zones.
