Tilt Up Concrete Project Manager Vicon Construction, LLC Oakwood, GA 30566 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tilt Up Concrete Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a strong knowledge of construction principles and practices. As a Tilt Up Concrete Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the overall Safety, Quality, and financial goals are accomplished while serving the project and our clients. The Project Manager controls and manages cost while supporting the field team. Key Responsibilities Scheduling/Sequencing Contract review and execution PO review and execution Buyout negotiations Job Cost review RFI review and management Budget and job set up Customer relations/management Change order creation Change order negotiation Invoice approval Financial projections Job turnover and close out Provide manpower estimates and durations for the field team Project Engineer management (development and accountability) Dispute resolution at the project level Critical thinking and problem solving Pricing and executing drawing revisions/changes after contract award Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar field or equivalent 5 years of similar experience At least 5 years experience in concrete construction with tilt-up Must possess the knowledge and field experience associated with concrete construction Strong knowledge of construction principles/practices Excellent problem solving skills Good verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy

$90,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
