Job Description
Do you have experience in the roofing field, and have a great eye for detail? Qualified staffing is not hiring for a Crew Leader/Project Manager in Warner Robins.
Hours:
Monday-Thursday 7:45am-6:45pm with 1 hour lunch. Option to work 4 hours on
Range:
$15.00 and up based on experience, also opportunity for a raise after 90 days
Company vehicle provided if applicable, with gas allowance.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and Coordinate:
Oversee the daily activities of the roofing crew, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
Quality Control:
Inspect ongoing and completed work to ensure it meets industry standards and project specifications
Scheduling:
Plan work schedules, assign duties to workers, and manage project budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion
Client Interaction:
Communicate with homeowners, office manager, salesmen, and other building professionals on daily basis to ensure project requirements are met.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of materials used, labor hours, and project progress. As well as before, during & after photos of roofing project via company provided drone.
Carry out specific work plans as assigned by management
Monitors job sites and attends job site meetings

Job Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 of roofing and/ or construction experience preferred. Employee will be working on roofs and must be experienced working at different heights and climbing ladders. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs Must have basic computer/ tablet skills Must have a valid Georgia driver’s license Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
