Job Description
Project Coordinator/Administrative Assistant OK2 Construction Warner Robins, GA Were a nationwide General Contractor and US Federal Government Prime Contractor for the US Air Force and National Forest/Park Service. We support a wide variety of projects from renovations, new construction and design-build of government facilities to include living quarters, administrative, maintenance, fitness, museums, law enforcement, fire stations, manufacturing and general operations. Project Coordinator / Administrative Assistant Serve as a vital link between project managers, field teams, and client, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across all phases of the project. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and outstanding communication skills. Responsibilities include managing documentation, supporting progress reporting, coordinating logistics, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, the role involves scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and overseeing tasks such as timekeeping, invoice tracking, and document control to support smooth project execution.
Candidates must have the following:
- Valid Driver’s License
- US Citizen or Resident
- Any industry related education or training is preferable
