This position is responsible for conducting andmanaging the bidding, budgeting, contracting, engineering,permit??processing, scheduling and, site development in order todeliver finished lots on time and within budget. A Land ProjectManager supports the acquisition, planning, and engineering of newground for development. ?? Responsibilities:

Generate landdevelopment and home construction schedules Review the constructiondrawings and provide input to the Development Manager Manage landdevelopment field operations and act as a liaison between the fieldand corporate offices Manage and meet with all active civil andgeotechnical engineers and active consultants Coordinate placement,delivery and furnishing of construction trailers Interface andmanage issues relating to city/county Planning, Public Works,Engineering and Buildings departments as well as issues raised??byneighboring property owners Oversee construction of entrymonuments, landscaping and amenities Prepare and review variousreports

Knowledge and Skills:

Highly motivated and self-managedExcellent problem solving ability to handle complex situations Highresults orientation; good personal and professional judgment Teamplayer who enjoys collaborating with various land developmentprofessionals Takes ownership of job responsibilities Adaptable andcapable of adjusting strategies Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills to interact with county officials and maintaina professional demeanor. Ability to understand site developmentplans Strong computer skills including MS Office, Word and Excel ??

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred Previousland development experience from ground breaking through pavingstreets, or other related experience Strong background in projectmanagement Experience in engineering and/or land developmentFamiliarity with regulatory process and a demonstrated??ability tonavigate the process, a plus Excellent communication skills Thetypical schedule of this position will be Monday
