$3,500

  • 5,000/month depending on experience + performance bonuses after 90 days (1099 contractor role; no benefits provided at this time)

Unlimited paid time off About the Role We’re a fast-moving house flipping company doing 6+ deals a month and growing.

We’re looking for a Project Manager to run renovation projects from walkthrough to resale. Your job is to keep flips on budget, on schedule, and high quality —no micromanaging, no chaos. This is perfect for someone with house, renovation, or construction experience who wants to grow with a company, own their role, and eventually build their own portfolio. ResponsibilitiesBefore Construction Walk properties (or direct our runner) to assess repairs Create scope of work & budget within 24 hrs Coordinate access with agents & sellers Set project schedule & milestones in our software During the Flip Hire/manage contractors, subs, and runners Visit each site 2x per week (or send runner) Upload photo/video progress, track work, and solve issues fast Approve work & coordinate draw requests with lenders Track timelines and adjust as needed Wrapping Up Punch list walk & final QC Coordinate photos, staging, and listing prep Ongoing Build a “bench” of reliable contractors and subs Attend weekly team calls + daily check-ins (remote) Record short Looms to help future PMs in other markets (Optional) Travel occasionally to help open new cities Collaborate closely with the Flip Coordinator and the CEO. Make site-level decisions for timeline and contractor coordination.
