$75,000•150,000+ annually Are you an ambitious, driven individual looking to take control of your income and career growth? Modern Roofing, a rapidly growing leader in storm damage restoration, is hiring motivated Specialist to join our team!

What You’ll Do:

•Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation of their own.•Must have the ability to climb a roof. Connect with homeowners impacted by storm damage to offer solutions through their insurance. Perform roof inspections and provide professional recommendations. Guide customers through the claims process with confidence. Drive sales and meet individual and team goals. Door-to-door canvassing Meet insurance adjusters on the homeowner’s property. Be held accountable with monthly goals, and minimums.

What We’re Looking For:

Self-motivated and results-driven individuals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions. Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required. Positive attitude while possessing strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. Be able to work in a team environment. Must be organized with good time management skills.
