Job DescriptionWhat you get to do in this role: Drive high-value people projects across the portfolio partnering closely with cross-functional teamsDevelop detailed program/project execution plans, and manage all implementation processes including progress tracking, metrics, monitoring change control process, testing, release to production, and deliveryManage stakeholder, and team expectations through clear and timely change management practices Develop detailed program/project execution plan, and manage some implementation processes including projects financials, progress tracking, metrics, monitoring change control process, testing, release to production and delivery within budget constraintsProvide overall communication and work with all areas affected by the program/project including partners, business sponsors and vendorsApply consistency and best practices through project initiation, planning, execution and closing phases, promoting outcomes and benefit trackingQualificationsTo be successful in this role you have:
Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry.8+ years of hands-on HR and/or business project management experienceExperience managing multiple large programs/projects, in enterprise environments delivering business applications for one or more departmentsExperience overcoming project crisisPMP Certification is a plusFD21Not sure if you meet every qualification?
