We are seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our Professional Services team. Previous law enforcement experience is highly desirable.

Job Description:

As a Software Implementation Consultant, Software Support, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple concurrent projects. Your impact will be significant in ensuring the successful implementation and support of our software solutions.

Responsibilities:

Overall project management
Business analysis
Creation of project deliverables
Training and project resource coordination
Work closely with clients and development team members to achieve client goals
Ability to travel is required, though actual amount will vary by project
Additional responsibilities may include client training, customer support, program documentation, product testing, and demonstration

Qualifications:

5+ years of industry experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, related field or equivalent work experience
Excellent customer service and oral/written communication skills
