JOB SUMMARY
The Project Coordinator is a highly organized and proactive position. This role is essential in supporting the designers and installers by ensuring each project runs smoothly from start to finish.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Meet with designers to receive project handoff details. Prepare and send quotes to clients. Set up projects in QuickBooks and issue invoices. After payment is received, transfer all relevant quote details into Asana for order processing. Place orders for all required products. Provide clients with regular project updates. Communicate with clients regarding updates, delays, and installation scheduling.
