The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of project management methodologies. This role requires effective communication with stakeholders, meticulous planning, and the ability to manage risks while ensuring project objectives are met within scope and timeline. Duties Lead project planning sessions, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned and executed efficiently. Conduct risk management assessments to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies. Utilize project management tools such as VersionOne, Primavera, or Basecamp for tracking progress and maintaining documentation. Manage project portfolios effectively, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately across multiple projects. Oversee requirements analysis to ensure that all stakeholder needs are captured and addressed in the project design. Implement Waterfall or Agile methodologies as appropriate for the specific project requirements. Facilitate regular status meetings with team members and stakeholders to communicate progress and address any concerns. Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of risk management principles. Familiarity with project portfolio management techniques and tools such as VersionOne or Primavera is preferred. Demonstrated ability in scope management and requirements analysis. Experience in program design and implementation using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail in project coordination tasks. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders at all levels. A degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
