Creative Plastics, a designer and manufacturer of award-winning, quality displays for various markets—including retailers in the Health & Beauty sector—is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Account Coordinator. In this role, you’ll support the Account Management and Project teams by assisting with project tracking, client communication, and internal coordination. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and ready to grow within a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in reviewing active projects and organizing key information for internal teams.
Support coordination efforts between internal departments (Sales, Production, Purchasing, Engineering, Design, and Shipping) and external vendors to keep projects on track.
Help monitor timelines, update task trackers, and ensure deliverables are documented and communicated accurately.
Enter and maintain project data in internal systems with attention to accuracy and completeness.
Provide follow-up and updates to stakeholders on project status under the direction of senior team members.
Assist with preparing client updates, reports, and documentation.
Identify and communicate any scheduling concerns or delays to appropriate team members.
Contribute to internal project meetings by taking notes, documenting action items, and following up as needed.
Provide responsive and courteous customer service support in line with the company’s commitment to client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred; internship or 1-2 years of relevant experience a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
Basic understanding of project coordination or client support functions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate well with cross-functional teams.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
Willingness to learn new systems and tools.
