Position Overview:

LEMOINE is seeking a seasoned and highly capable Senior Project Manager to lead infrastructure-focused program management efforts in the Baton Rouge / Gonzales region. The ideal candidate is a Licensed Architect or Professional Engineer with a desire to move into or expand their career in program management . This role offers an exciting opportunity for licensed professionals to lead utility line and wastewater treatment plant projects with a client-first approach, ensuring project success from inception through final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the lead project representative, overseeing project delivery, stakeholder coordination, and overall program success Develop and manage project strategy, including scope definition, budgeting, risk mitigation, and scheduling Collaborate with design teams, contractors, and clients to ensure alignment and progress toward project milestones Monitor quality assurance, cost controls, and construction compliance Lead project meetings and provide executive-level reporting and documentation Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in project and program management Support preconstruction and procurement processes as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field Registered Architect (RA) or Professional Engineer (PE) license is required 10+ years of relevant industry experience, ideally with utility infrastructure or sewage plant projects Strong leadership experience and ability to manage large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders Excellent verbal and written communication skills Skilled in scheduling, cost estimation, and construction coordination Louisiana-based or willing to relocate to Baton Rouge / Gonzales area
