Years Job Description:
Lead assigned capital projects (standalone projects and projects within plant outages) and manage all engineering, design, and construction resources Develop estimates, funding documents, schedule, and ongoing forecasts for plant executed projects within SAP Ensure all projects receive adequate process hazard reviews and ORI’s and that all recommendations are completed in a timely manner Ensure inherent process safety is adhered to on all project designs Provide field supervision / support during projects execution Conduct Safety Kickoff Meeting with contractors and operations team prior to start of project execution Lead daily morning safety / toolbox meetings with all crafts
Required Skills:
Basic understanding of operating plant environment PMP certification 10+ years of Project Engineer experience Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time Ability to learn new methods and techniques Communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with people with positivity from all cultures and at all organizational levels
