Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Overtime may be required during critical project deadlines)

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Capital Expenditure Project Manager to lead and oversee large projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CapEx, manufacturing operations, project planning, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute large capital expenditure (CapEx) projects, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and cross-functional coordination. Lead internal teams and manage external partners, vendors, and third-party contractors. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop comprehensive project scopes, objectives, and plans involving all relevant stakeholders. Allocate resources efficiently and ensure technical feasibility of all project components. Track project performance using established systems, tools, and KPIs. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using structured verification techniques. Maintain accurate and thorough project documentation. Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, stakeholders, and contractors.

Deliverables Include:

Detailed and actionable project plans. Defined project scopes and measurable objectives. Clear, consistent communication with all stakeholders. Accurate and complete documentation for each phase of the project. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Project Completion Rate – Measured monthly as a percentage Documentation Accuracy & Timeliness – Measured monthly as a percentage

Qualifications:

Proven experience leading large capital expenditure (CapEx) projects from initiation through completion. Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations. At least 5 years of project management or planning experience. Minimum 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
