Roofing Project Managers | GSAS Construction Group GSAS Construction Group is looking for self-motivated, detail-driven, and relentless Roofing Project Managers ready to lead and execute residential and commercial roofing projects with precision and hustle. Duties & Responsibilities:

Lead roofing projects from inspection to closeout, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, material ordering, and coordination of crews. Conduct on-site inspections, evaluate scopes, identify issues, and make real-time decisions to keep projects on track. Communicate directly with homeowners, adjusters, vendors, crews, and teammates to ensure clarity, timeliness, and accountability. Create scopes of work using CompanyCam, Roofr, and/or Xactimate (we’ll train, but initiative is non-negotiable). Enforce safety protocols, code compliance, and quality standards at every stage of the job. Track jobs daily—photos, checklists, material deliveries, timelines, and completion documents. Work with estimators and sales reps to convert inspections into signed contracts and closed claims. Take ownership of job results. When it’s your project, it’s your project.

What You Bring:

No fear of heights or hard conversations. You’ll be on roofs and on the phone. Roofing experience preferred—field, sales, or PM. If not, prove you can learn fast and hustle harder. Working knowledge of scopes, estimates, materials, and insurance processes is a huge plus.

Project management mindset:

organized, proactive, and accountable. Strong communication and negotiation skills. You can speak “contractor,” “insurance,” and “homeowner.” Adaptability—you’ll juggle moving parts, shifting deadlines, and unpredictable weather.

Basic tech skills:

You can use a smartphone, apps like CompanyCam, CRM tools, and Google Drive.
