Project Manager will be responsible for developing a detailed project plan to track progress of the job and report this progress to upper management. Previous experience with exterior construction is preferred. We want candidates who are driven, proactive, confident and self-motivated to become successful members of our team. Responsibilities Supervise the work of laborers, technicians, etc. and give them guidance when needed Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues Collaborate with engineers, designers, etc. to determine the specifications of the project Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations Plan and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met Direct subcontractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities Skills Proven experience as construction project manager In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards Good knowledge of MS Office Familiarity with construction/ project management software Outstanding communication and negotiation skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills A team player with leadership abilities BS/BA in Construction Management, engineering, building science or relevant field preferred

Job Responsibilities:

Professionally representing Pinnacle Exterior Construction through direct interaction with clients, crews, staff, subs, & vendors. Coordinating with vendors and internal resources to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget. Tracking crew times, materials used and not used, and any other details of the job or jobs being overseen Creating work orders with tasks, materials, and tools required for crews to use for daily tasks Entering purchase orders into our system Reporting daily to project managers and scheduler

Skills/Experience Required:

Construction, management and budgeting skills required Effective verbal and written communication skills Open-minded and willing to learn our model of operations Strong interpersonal skills and excellent client/crew relations Knowledge of BuilderTrend is preferred, not required Spanish is a plus Positive, professional attitude. Strong organization and time management skills Computer savvy with proficient Microsoft Excel skills
