Project Manager Position Available In East Baton Rouge, Louisiana

Position Overview ClowdCover is a growing Managed IT Services Provider focused on delivering high-quality support and technical solutions for our clients. We specialize in onboarding new clients, driving continuous improvements, and executing a range of IT projects-from infrastructure upgrades to cloud migrations. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate onboarding projects for new clients, including timeline development and resource assignment. Facilitate regular internal and external project meetings; capture and distribute action items. Work closely with technical staff to build work plans, define task details, and track execution. Monitor the progress of engineering tasks and proactively follow up on status updates. Serve as the central point of communication between engineering, account management, and the customer. Maintain accurate project documentation, including notes, timelines, task lists, and summaries. Help improve internal project delivery processes and documentation templates. Qualifications 2+ years of experience managing IT or technical projects (MSP or IT services environment preferred). Familiarity with managed services concepts such as ticketing systems, onboarding, and recurring service improvements. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and prioritize deadlines. Experience with ConnectWise Manage or similar PSA tools is a plus. PMP or similar certification is a plus but not required.
