RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

ROUGE AREA PAY
$55,000-65,000/HR DOE Company vehicle provided
Job Duties Include:
Coordinate all aspects of reconstruction projects Oversee 20-25 jobs concurrently Serve as point of contact between client and subcontractors Assure quality of construction Keep jobs on schedule and within budget Order materials Collect money for materials, labor and job cost Manage homeowners expectations
Experience and Qualities Required:
Construction background Job experience as General Contractor, Construction Manager, Project Manager, Reconstruction Contractor, Remodeling Contractor preferred Excellent communication skills
