Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to establish project goals and timelines. Serve as the primary point of contact for municipal clients, contractors, and stakeholders. 2.

Execution and Oversight:

Oversee all phases of project execution, ensuring adherence to budgets, schedules, and quality standards. Monitor project progress through regular site visits, reviews, and reports. Manage contractor submittals, RFIs, and change orders, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance. 3.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with municipal clients, regulatory agencies, and community stakeholders. Present project updates, deliverables, and technical recommendations to clients. Support public hearings and consultations for infrastructure projects, representing ASCE professionally and effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Advanced certifications such as PMP or CCM are highly desirable. Active PE license in Louisiana preferred.

Experience:

8-10 years of progressive experience in project management within civil engineering or municipal infrastructure.

Technical Proficiency:

Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar project management tools. Strong knowledge of municipal codes, state regulations, and federal standards.
