The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of project management methodologies. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities Responsible for on-site field planning, staffing, and supervising. Ensure successful completion of projects to meet time and cost objectives with respect self-performed and subcontracted trade work Ensure that safety measures meet and exceed safety policies. Implement & manage quality control policies at the job site. Develop an initial project schedule and communicate sequence and schedule updates to all subcontractors and vendors. Ensure Superintendents are developing, maintaining, and enforcing a project site logistics plan and temporary facilities plan. Actively participate and/or lead post-bid, Owner/Architect/Contractor, coordination, leadership team, subcontractor, staff, scheduling, and progress meetings Develop, implement, maintain, and enforce a project specific quality assurance and safety program to include all subcontractors. Responsible for monthly progress report, monthly payment applications, projected cost report, and other financial cost reports. Develop general conditions budget, and through labor cost reporting, manage and control the budget. Ensure Superintendents are monitoring all jobsite control reporting measures including daily reports, payroll, quantity reporting, accident and incident reports, timesheets, and deliveries Continue to find and grow Client and Subcontractor base. Requirements Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of project scheduling techniques. Proficiency in risk management methodologies and tools. Familiarity with Bluebeam or Procore. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results. Experience with Workday or similar enterprise resource planning software is a plus. Excellent data analysis skills for informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for stakeholder engagement.
