Full Job Description Job Summary/Objective:

The Project Manager oversees medium-scale projects with moderate scope and complexity. This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects while ensuring objectives are met within designated timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The role involves collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to address potential risks. It serves as an intermediate step in project management, requiring a deeper understanding of processes, tools, and principles.

Primary Responsibilities:

Manage client scoping, site acquisition, architecture & engineering, regulatory, environmental, and entitlement milestones to ensure critical dates are met. Identify, communicate, and mitigate project roadblocks. Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams to meet client schedules and timelines. Develop best practices to improve efficiency and productivity, while providing learning opportunities for team members. Ensure timely and accurate updates to the client database, maintaining high data integrity. Attend and participate in project meetings, gathering and updating information from clients, team members, and third-party vendors. Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders, and manage these expectations continuously. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel to optimize resource use. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths. Develop and deliver progress reports, project documentation, and presentations as needed. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify urgent needs, and provide contingency options.

Minimum Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree 2-4 years of experience

Work Environment/Physical Demands/Travel Required:

Office environment with long periods of sitting and computer work. Full-time role, 40 hours per week, with occasional travel to client offices and project sites as needed.
