We are currently seeking a Project Program Associate Director to join our team in Baton Rouge, Louisiana (US-LA), United States (US).

Role Summary :

Oversees the overall engagement with stakeholders, ensuring project alignment with client objectives and maintaining high levels of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities :

Oversees State level enterprise-wide information technology programs and projects supported by a staff of remotely distributed team members and supervisors. Provides strategic direction and oversight to ensure the highest quality service is provided to NTT Data’s clients. Develops complex solutions to business problems or customer engagements through in-depth analysis, coordination, and negotiation with key decision-makers. Develops and maintains strong relationships with state Medicaid and social services agencies. Ensures that full life cycle delivery costs are within or better than the delivery costs contracted according to the service level agreement. Develops complex solutions to business problems or customer engagements through in-depth analysis, coordination, and negotiation with key decision makers. Ensures alignment of project deliverables with business goals and compliance requirements. Coaches and develops Delivery Management leaders. Identifies opportunities for growth within the client environment. Works across the organization to effectively obtain and allocate resources and ensure on-time project and process completion. Coordinates the hiring, staffing, and maintaining a diverse and effective team.

Required Skills:

Minimum of 10 years in project management and client engagement. Minimum of 7 years in managing large application development or implementation projects. Minimum of 5 years in managing agile web development or integration (SOA) projects. Minimum of 3 years in budgeting, business financial and P&L skills. Minimum of 2 years in implementation, operations, and maintenance of health care claims processing or eligibility system projects. Experience with Medicaid, SNAP or TANF Terminology and Federal Requirements. Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or a related field
