Trigyn’s direct client based out of Baton Rouge, Louisiana has avery long-term (4-year+) contract assignment for Project Manager(Remote). The particulars of the position are as follows.

Description:

• Provide day-to-day project management support
• Create and publish project documentation, including projectstatus reports, project schedules and plans, risks, issues andother documentation, as needed
• Plan for utilization of resources
• Meet with Management and Users to understand project goals andmilestones
• Track Project milestones and deliverables throughout projectlife-cycle.
• Provide and maintain detailed software/hardware maintenancedocumentation
• Act as liaison on behalf of OTS and in-scope agencies
• Create end user documentation and training as needed
• Provide technical knowledge transfer, training anddocumentation to OTS and staff for all requested work, asneeded. Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas aremandatory:
• 5+ years of experience in managing projects. Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas aredesirable:
• Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) and LawEnforcement technology projects
• PMP certification
• SCRUM Master certification
• Managing large scale projects with many teams andstakeholders.
• Project management with State Government.
