Full Job Description Survey Project Manager Job Summary:
Survey Project Manager•manages scope of work expectations, client expectations, project deviations, scheduling resources and managing project timelines. The Survey PM will prepare project roles, communication structure within the project team, and manage the progress of work being executed. The Survey PM reviews all field data, mapping, data reports and survey deliverables to ensure the scope of work is being delivered per the terms of contract and proposal documents. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Project Management and Coordination Provide written scopes of work to specific project types and needs. Provide resource and pricing estimates consistent with the scope of work. Manage schedules, start dates, submittal dates and due dates. Mange resource project equity throughout project completion. Client Interaction Attend client and project meetings. Compose client correspondence. Client communication and coordination to specific project task, schedule, and authorization. Project Functions Prepare and manage scope of work for field and office components. Track available and used resource hours. Schedule project resources. Prepare meetings, adequate review processes, and final deliverables for certification. Prepare invoicing and manage payment progress. Minimum Qualifications Highschool Diploma, GED or Higher with 5 yeas of experience or Associate’s Degree with 3 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications Education:
Survey technician certification level I or higher (CST I)
Experience:
