As a Transformation Director, you will work closely with the COO to help structure the transformation office that will guide MMA in the next wave in its journey to operational excellence, business unification and growth. The primary function of the transformation office will be to strategically guide the design and execution of MMA’s cross region operational excellence program. Primary responsibilities for the transformation director will include: Partner with regional leadership to draft work stream charters. Documenting teams, objectives, business case, milestones and measurement Partner with regional CEOs, COOs to define work packages and execution teams. Engage necessary stakeholders on roadmap and business case and overall vision Report and discuss progress across workstreams and ensure transparency with leadership and stakeholders. Work with regional CFOs to dig into financial management to help govern the programs Drive and strategize vision for integration projects Continue to optimize transformation office processes, informed by team feedback and evolving industry trends. Project Leadership:
Ability to visualize and set into execution large scale plans, dependencies and track through execution.
Leadership Experience:
Proven experience leading large scale projects and teams with multiple high engagement stakeholders, with a focus on execution of outcomes in line with business requirements.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Experience in working with leadership executives to articulate vision and gather support, incorporate feedback
Problem-Solving Skills:
Strong problem-solving skills, with a track record of identifying and resolving complex challenges.
Financial Focus:
Proven ability to navigate budget requirements, ensuring financial stakeholders are included and developed in vision/strategy
Followership:
A commitment to gaining and maintaining trust, commitment, and believe in a unified vision – fostering a culture of growth, innovation, and continuous learning. These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply: Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred. 10+ years of experience in a transformation or large scale project delivery role including significant leadership experience. The applicable base salary range for this role is $131,000 to $244,100. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
