Technical Requirements:
Project Management Experience:
Looking for a mid-tier project manager (Level 3 to Level 5, 10-15 years of experience). Must manage multiple small to mid-sized projects simultaneously (15-20 projects in various stages). Comfortable with fast-paced, high-demand environments. Must have PMT (Project Management Team) experience. Projects typically range from $50K to $15M in budget.
Industry Experience:
Refining, petrochemical, chemical, or LNG experience preferred but not required. Candidates with strong project execution backgrounds from other industries will be considered.
Certifications & Training:
Certified Project Manager (CPM), PMP, or formal PM training preferred. Engineering background preferred (mechanical, chemical, or construction management are acceptable)
Project Controls & Cost Management:
Strong skills in budgeting, cost tracking, and scheduling. Familiarity with capital project execution environments.
Site Safety & Compliance:
Must be able to obtain a TWIC card. Must complete safety training and third-party site-specific onboarding.
Non-Technical Requirements:
Workload & Integration:
Must be a self-starter, able to work under pressure, and manage high workloads. Should integrate well with cross-functional teams (engineering, construction, operations, safety). Adaptability is critical due to the evolving project list.
