Role Coordinate and execute all aspects of the multi-family development process, from acquisition through stabilization. Play a pivotal role in project organization, financial analysis, and cross-functional collaboration Ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Manage and track project milestones, deliverables, and due diligence for multiple active developments. Support entitlement, permitting, and predevelopment activities, maintaining accurate and organized documentation. Maintain and update project proformas, budgets, and draw schedules. Prepare financial reports, investor packets, and support capital calls. Compile and distribute monthly asset management reports in coordination with property management and accounting. Facilitate communication among internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders. Assist with preparing presentations, executive summaries, and project dashboards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Urban Planning, or related field. 3+ years of experience in real estate development, construction management, or related industry. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with project management tools and financial modeling (Excel required). Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
