Project Manager – Systems
We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager – Systems based in New Orleans, Louisiana. The role primarily involves working with Cogsdale Billing software and is a contract employment opportunity. This project should last 6-9 months in duration with the potential to extend. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects, generating reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee project management operations related to our Cogsdale Billing software
• Handle data and revenue reporting tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Use Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze data, generating detailed reports as needed
• Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates or improvements
• Respond to inquiries and resolve any issues related to the systems under your management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project progress and system performance
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure optimal performance of our systems
• Implement project plans, monitoring their progress and making adjustments as necessary
• Ensure all operations comply with industry standards and regulations
• Continuously seek ways to improve system efficiency and effectiveness.
• Proficiency in Cogsdale Billing software is essential
• Ability to perform data reporting tasks accurately and effectively
• Experience in Revenue Reporting is required
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are necessary
