We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Construction Project Manager to oversee and lead construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and on-site crews while ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to close-out. Develop and maintain project schedules; monitor progress and make adjustments as needed. Lead subcontractor selection, negotiation, and management. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards. Coordinate with architects, engineers, inspectors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. Provide accurate and timely reporting on project status, risks, and performance metrics. Resolve project issues and disputes effectively and professionally. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in construction project management. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, MS Office). Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
