THE WORK

You’ll possess the ability to lead proposal related tasks and assignments under the supervision of Pursuit Managers and Senior Pursuit Coordinators. You’ll have strong organizational and time management skills required to coordinate multiple tasks with overlapping deadlines (sometimes across time zones). You’ll create writing templates for all pursuits within defined area of supervision. You’ll contribute to activities or campaigns leading up to the proposal such as targeted marketing campaigns or public relations campaigns. You’ll identify improvements in processes and departmental efficiency. You’ll conduct other duties and tasks as assigned.

HERE’S WHAT
YOU’ll NEED:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or communications or related field – or qualified relevant experience in lieu of a formal education. 1-2 years of experience coordinating proposals for State, Local, and Higher Education clients (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry) Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Word and PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign).
