Responsibilities:
Manage New Product Development, Product and Fabrication Support projects through all project phases.
Develops, monitors and controls a detailed scope of work and schedule.
Plans, directs and manages project related tasks.
Work with assembly operations and engineering to determine project requirements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders and communicate information at the right time, to the right audience
Coordinates across multiple departments with input from other functional managers.
Partner with internal engineering teams and external integration partners to deliver quality solutions on time.
Actively participate in technical problem solving.

Ability to navigate within complex topics - understand the big picture while also being able to dive into the details
Ability to manage projects with large development scope including many interdependencies
Ability to turn very loose front-end problem or opportunity statements into actionable requirements

Requirements:
3 + years of Project Management preferred
High level of technical aptitude and ability to articulate technical concepts
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills with engineering groups, technicians, and management
Proficient with Smartsheets, MS Project and MS Office Suite
Experience with assembly processes and a production environment
Must be detail oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
Must be a self-managed individual who is a team player
Able to travel minimally (10%) EOE/M/F/Vet/Disabled
