We are currently seeking a Project Administrator to support a major initiative at a local manufacturing facility. This role is a 6-month onsite assignment, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-impact project involving quality systems and Proficy implementation. Position Overview The Project Administrator will play a key role in supporting and maintaining quality documentation and configuration data. This position requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual with strong communication and collaboration skills, who can effectively work with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain documentation for Quality end-users. Perform updates to Quality Variables, product specifications, and configurations. Develop Quality Reports to support end-users. Conduct frequent reviews to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Required Qualifications Proven experience in a similar administrative or project coordination role, preferably within a manufacturing or quality-focused environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently. Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to interact across departments and organizational levels. High standards in safety, quality, attendance, and punctuality. Physical & Environmental Requirements Must be able to walk long distances (up to 1 mile+) and throughout a large manufacturing plant. Ability to navigate stairways and elevated platforms. Must walk only in pedestrian walkways due to forklift traffic. Awareness of safety risks related to plant equipment and walkways is essential.
