The Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific commercial construction projects in various sectors including retail, hospitality, medical, education, civic, and mixed-use developments. This role requires a strategic leader who can coordinate teams, manage resources, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while exceeding client expectations. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to achieve targets
Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to communicate project status and address any issues
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Prepare project documentation, including reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction industry
Proven experience in managing design-build projects preferred
Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
