As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a motivated and experienced Glazing Project Manager to join our team.

Overview:

The Glazing Project Manager will oversee all phases of glazing projects from pre-construction submittals and buy-outs through installation and completion.

Responsibilities:

Manage glazing project from project award through completion

Project Setup:

including equipment leasing, arranging labor, purchasing materials and tracking cost. Coordinate with architects, general contractors, vendors, and internal teams Assisting in analyzing drawings, specifications and related data to determine design requirements. Track project schedules to ensure we are meeting project schedule requirements Manage budgets, change orders, and job costing Conduct site visits to oversee work quality, safety, and compliance

Qualifications:

Experience in Project Management with the glazing industry Ability to read and interpret specs and blueprints. Strong knowledge of Aluminum windows, Curtainwalls, Storefronts, Glass & Glazing. Proficient in the use of standard office computer programs such as MS Project, Outlook, Word, and Excel Proficient in the use of project management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, Glazier Studio Strong organizational skills to deal with competing customer needs.
