Senior Project Account Manager, GPA Mansfield is a high-impact, customer-facing role acting as a strategic bridge between GPA Global and some of the most recognized brands in the world. Primary duties include working upstream with marketing, brand, and sales teams to deeply understand clients’ vision and help bring it to life through innovative packaging solutions. From initial concept through production and final delivery.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers; become fully immersed in their business and branding strategy. Lead complex packaging projects from concept through to delivery, coordinating across multiple departments and global teams. Provide clear, ongoing communication with internal stakeholders and external customers regarding order status, inventory, and production milestones. Support business development by meeting or exceeding sales forecasts and margin targets. Manage order flow, inventory, billing, and margin control—ensuring accuracy and timeliness at all stages. Drive pricing, quoting, and approvals; manage cost analysis and pre-production details, owning project P&L. Monitor and communicate changes to specifications and resolve delays or discrepancies. Collaborate globally—working with GPA’s divisions in California, Mexico, Poland, China, and more. Occasionally travel to customer sites for face-to-face engagement and relationship-building. EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university and three to five years’ related experience and/or training.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Have the ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Have the ability to write reports as well as business correspondence. Have the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients and customers.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Have the ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet research. Ability to learn and become skilled at EFI Radius ERP Platform.
REASONING ABILITY
Have the ability to define and solve problems. Collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Have the ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
