The Project Managerwill oversee all aspects of a project through completion, to ensuremaximum efficiency and customer satisfaction. Although not expected towear a toolbelt, the technical competency and experience of a leadcarpenter is needed along with managerial skills to actively monitor allactivities and crew on the jobsite. Please note, this is not a remoteonly or remote-first role. This is a hybrid role requiring in-officehours and me onsite at various project locations.

Key ResponsibilitiesInclude:

o Providing exceptional customer service and maintainingconsistent communication with all team members. o Periodically reviewingproject documentation (drawings, specifications, budget, schedule, etc.)to ensure accuracy, thoroughness and quality for successful projectcompletion. o Developing and maintaining project schedules for clientdecision-making, material ordering, subcontractor coordination, crewscheduling, inspections, and construction tasks through the entireconstruction process. o Facilitating job site meetings witharchitects/designers, clients, lead carpenter, and subcontractors. oProducing change order documents as needed and in a timely fashion. oSupporting lead carpenters with material procurement and subcontractorand inspection coordination. o Tracking and monitoring project costs forcomparison to budgets. o Overseeing safety and quality controlprocesses. o Ensuring achievement of agreed-upon building performancestandards. o Maintaining working knowledge of project managementsoftware and other technologies required for communication and trackingof project status. o Reviewing receipts for cost coding; timesheetreview, coding and approval; and other related administrative tasks. oStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multipleprojects simultaneously. o A detail-oriented mindset that ensureshigh-quality workmanship throughout all phases of renovation projects. oBonus if you have knowledge of sustainable and/or advanced buildingtechniques. o Wells and Company Builders values its internal teammembers and external business partners.
