The Team The Work Management Leader is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance activities within the Operations & Maintenance (O& M) division. This role ensures the effective utilization of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to optimize maintenance scheduling, resource allocation, and work order execution. The Work Management Leader will manage a team, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and develop processes to improve maintenance operations and asset reliability. Secondary responsibilities include management of the Operations Center operational process, including compliance activities. Will collaboratively engage all Operations Center stakeholders to ensure process and procedures and are maintained for current practices and will act as the Owner of the NERC program and all Operation Center Procedures. The Opportunity In this role, you have the opportunity to: Lead and manage a team of work management and operations professionals, ensuring efficient execution of maintenance activities. Oversee the implementation and optimization of the CMMS, ensuring accurate tracking of work orders, maintenance schedules, and asset performance. Develop and maintain subcontractor relationships and all commercially related endeavors Coordinate with site O& M teams, asset owners, regulatory agencies, and internal leadership to identify, diagnose, and resolve operational and maintenance issues. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Develop and refine processes and workflows to enhance maintenance planning and execution. Analyze maintenance data and performance metrics to improve asset reliability and reduce downtime. Support operations in Industrial settings to include but not limited in: Battery Storage, Solar, Wind, Simple Cycle Thermal Generation, Substation, Chemical and Combined Cycle Thermal Generation facilities.
