Job Description
Working Site Project Manager Cornerstone Construction Company Lynnfield, MA 01940 We are hiring for a Working Site Supervisor / Project Manager to join our construction team. This unique role blends hands-on framing work with project management and on-site leadership. The ideal candidate will be experienced in residential or light commercial framing, able to confidently read blueprints, execute layout, and oversee day-to-day site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform skilled framing work alongside the crew Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints Execute precise layout tasks to guide the framing process Supervise and delegate tasks to workers on-site Ensure projects are progressing efficiently and according to plan Drive a company cargo van and transport tools or materials as needed Communicate clearly in English with the team, clients, and subcontractors Anticipate next steps on the job and help keep the team on schedule
Requirements:
Proven experience in framing and residential construction Strong understanding of construction workflows and processes Ability to lead a small crew with professionalism and efficiency Must be fluent in English (spoken and written) Must have a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle to get to job sites Comfortable driving a cargo van Reliable, organized, and self-motivated This is an excellent opportunity for a dependable, driven individual who enjoys being hands-on while also stepping into leadership.
